Website relaunch and redesign for established businesses
A relaunch is more than a new look. I start by reading what your current website says, what is still true and what is missing. Then I build a site that shows your business as it is today, and I plan the move so that you do not lose your place in Google.
A good fit if …
Your website is several years old and awkward to use on a phone.
It runs on a site builder or a theme nobody wants to maintain any more.
Hardly any enquiries arrive through the website, although business is good.
What you get.
Audit
I read the existing website in full: content, contradictions, outdated details, technical problems, blocked crawlers.
New structure
Pages are merged, added or removed, based on what your customers actually look for.
New design
A design of your own that fits your business and does not look like a template.
Migration with redirects
Every old address points permanently to the right new page, so links and search results stay intact.
Checks before launch
Testing in several browsers and on phones, plus a review of the form, metadata and loading time.
What this looks like in practice.
Three websites for businesses in the region, each with an idea of its own.
Steindl Metallverarbeitung
A machining company that makes one-off parts from a batch size of one, explained through a component that takes itself apart into its machining steps as you scroll.
MK Karosserie
A workshop that works the metal instead of just swapping parts, shown through a bare body shell that is repaired as you scroll.
TheCourt Padel
Four indoor courts in Schwäbisch Gmünd, with a court that draws itself in the opening section and a rally that explains the rules.
Quick answers.
Will a relaunch cost me my Google rankings?
The risk arises when old addresses lead nowhere. Every relaunch therefore includes a list of all previous addresses with permanent redirects to the new pages. Nobody can honestly guarantee specific rankings, and I do not.
Can existing text and images be reused?
Whatever is accurate and good stays. I review the existing content and tell you what can be kept, what should be revised and what needs to be created.
Does my website stay online during the relaunch?
Yes. The new website is built separately from the old one and only replaces it once it is finished and tested.
Show me your website. I’ll tell you what it could be.
Tell me what you have in mind, or simply send me the address of your current website. You will hear back from me personally.
